VDSL not working
The service is still down after about 8hrs, unable to login keep getting 'LCP' failures.
Is there any progress on the outage you are currently having, but aren't acknowledging on here

I'm aware of an authentication issue affecting a few thousand circuits that were migrated to the new network today. We have engineers working through these to restore service.
Assuming you're unlucky enough to be one of those affected - sorry! We hope to have you back on line shortly.
