Usually always 55mb down to around 900kbs currently

I've been with Plusnet for 5+ years and never once had any issues with my line - the service provided is usually perfect.

Over the last 10 days I've been getting very slow speeds on downloads and streaming services. My router is saying I'm connected at 55mb but I'm getting around 900kbs on all downloads. At first I thought my service was being throttled but read that's not something Plusnet do for heavy usage.

Could someone take a look at the line and see what's happening?

Thanks,
