Wasn't sure of most appropriate place to post this but advised by Plusnet Customer Services to discuss with forum.
Basically, over last two Champions League nights, I have tried to log in to the BT Sport App to watch the football. My dad has BT so I get the BT Sport football through the app or through logging in on the BT website using his details.
When I have tried to do this during the football, it is refusing to work. If I then move to 4G or a different Wifi in my block of flats, BT works fine. As soon as I get back onto Plusnet it stops working.
Once the games have finished, I am able to log in again. I get an error ID4004 or similar, which on BT's website indicates busy traffic. Could it be as simple as Plusnet being busy during Champions League football, or is there a more important issue that I'm missing? Any advice appreciated please
