Part way through my billing month, my data usage is reporting zero usage. Is this an indication that my connection has dropped and re-connected to a different gateway?

It just seems like you had a one day blip and the usage is tracking again now.

Does this mean that the Usage Monitor is 'fixed' even for those on Unlimited products?

It may still experience issues, but the majority of users shouldn't experience problems.
