Usage info not working

Hi,
My usage page is showing I've not used any data since Thursday.
I've seen gaps in my usage stats before but only single days.
I'm on unlimited so not really a problem but I like to keep track of what I'm using.

My usage record has been blank since there was a notice about possible problems on 7 August.
This problem has continued past the end of the account month into the new period.  I am also on
an unlimited account and I can track my usage using tbb so it is not a problem; just a nuisance not
worth reporting because it is too difficult to report this problem online and I don't wish to sit on the
telephone for a long period to tell plusnet that their system isn't working.
Is it a coincidence that my connection has been exhibiting signs of instability in performance during
this period?  (gateway - pcl-bng01)

I've not noticed any instability, just the lack of usage stats which stopped on the 13th August.
I was going to report it today but the wait time is far too long.

There's little that the support team can do really, the only thing they'd suggest is a single disconnect/reconnect as this can sometimes give the stats a kick.

Stats have re-appeared!  Several blank days!
No communication or explanation.
