Our supplier is BT Wholesale and the engineers are provided via BT Openreach. Reading through the history of this thread, it looks as though my colleague @Gandalf answered the remainder of your queries regarding the fault on his post directly above this one.
As Sammy has advised, we're more than happy to progress this via an engineer, we're just awaiting your availability via your fault ticket here
