Upload speeds

Has anyone elses uploads speeds dropped? My package says i should get between 10-16MB but I'm now getting less than 2MB so I'm thinking maybe Plusnet are throttling my speeds to cope. Tried messaging support on Twitter abut have not go response back from them yet.

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online here
