Upload speeds less than 10% of normal after years of stable service

I've recently noticed that my BT wholesale speed test results which have tested reliably at ~65Mbps down/17Mbps up for years are now showing 58 down/1.5 up. This is born out by my real-life upload testing. My line profile is still showing as 65.36/20. Could this be a router problem, or something at the Plusnet/BT end?

Sorted - seems my Asus Merlin wrt router firmware upgrade caused some issues due to running old backup/restore scripts which don't support the latest firmware versions, so Wifi performance was OK outbound but ethernet connections output from the router were crippled. Reflash and factory reset followed by full re-config has sorted.
