Upload speeds down from 16Mb to 1.6 (Only the last 2 Weeks )

Have been perfectly happy with Plusnet since joining in Dec14, but in the last 2 weeks my upload speed has decreased down to <2Mb. ( Download speed around 37Mb)

Not a very good way to keep a loyal customer without notice changing this spec.

Hopefully someone can check please.

Right. Looks like some confusion has been caused by the upgrade to unlimited fibre extra in February that was then followed shortly after by a downgrade back to unlimited fibre.

As the upgrade was cancelled within 14 days, there should have been no change to the package you were on previously, so I'll make sure you're back on 40/20 as soon as possible (The modify order should take around 1 working day to complete)

When running the clean-up, they likely just saw the downgrade to unlimited fibre in February (Which wasn't actually a downgrade as such, it was simply cancelling an upgrade that had been put through)

It did seem easy to miss, I almost missed it myself to be honest.
