I've been with PlusNet for many years now and I've not changed anything about my fibre setup or network connections in my home in that time. For the last couple of weeks I've noticed a slow down in my internet upload speed.
Now when I do a test at speedtest.net I get the usual 71mbps Download which is as expected, but now when I do the test on my phone (connected to the WiFi), I get only 11mbps Upload, and if I do the test on my PC it's only between 0.50mbps and 2mbps Upload. Previously I was getting around 18-19mbps Upload.
As I say, I've not changed anything in the house that would cause this. Can someone from PlusNet please look at my account and help find the cause of the issue and preferably fix it please?
Also why would there be a major difference in the Upload speed test results between my phone and the PC all of a sudden?
