Upload speed stuck at 2Mb on Unlimited Fibre Extra

I just did a speed test on the BT site and the results are shown in the graphic. I shows that the line supports 10Mbs upload but the profile is set to around 2Mbs. Is there any way that I can get a faster upload speed?

You're definitely provisioned with 10mbps upload. Your line is only connected at a rate of 1.8mbps though. This is significantly lower than your estimate so might be worth opening a fault ticket.

I have opened a fault ticket - hopefully it will be a software issue rather than a line issue
