Upload speed reduced after outage 2 weeks ago.

I have Unlimited Fibre Extra which was running at 48/52 Download and 6.5/7 Upload. There was an outage a few weeks back after which the Upload had reduced to 3/3.5. I assumed there may have been a technical issue and that it would correct itself over time, but 2 week's later it is still at 3. is this an unannounced permanent change or will it be put back up to the correct value?

I'm using a Netgear D8700 and I've attached an image of the connection stats.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your upload speed.

Testing your line isn't identifying the cause of that. If you've done the checks here I'd recommend raising a fault to us here to investigate further. Let us know how you get on.
