Upload speed on Fibre Unlimited

I was on Fibre Value with 40 down and 10 up. Getting 37 down and 8 up. I have upgraded to Fibre Unlimited and expected an increase in my upload speed since it is supposed to be up to 20 but it hasn't changed. It is only 10 days since the upgrade so is it just a question of time or do PlusNet need to do something ? Or do I need to do something ?

That may be all the speed your line will handle
Try the BT Speedtest Further Diagnostics and see what the IP profiles are

I've run the speedtest several times since you suggested it but the IP profile comes back with:
Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service. As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information.

Your order has been placed and you should have improved uploads tomorrow.
