Upload speed issue

Is it possible for my upload speed to be checked.Im on the 80/20 fibre.I get around 55 d/l but only 6.5 u/l.
I feel I should be getting at least double this upload speed.

Apologies for the delayed response.

Your upstream sync of 7.2mbps does seem to be a bit on the slow side.

Line tests aren't showing the cause of that. Are you able to try a different modem?

Hi,I've only just noticed I got a reply sorry.
I did purchase a new router/modem last year as the one provided didn't seem to be working properly.
I got decent results when it was first installed but was stuck on 38 down and about the same upload as now.
When I bought new router download speed quickly settled around 55 down which it still is now about a year later but the upload speed has remained the same.

I did recently reboot router and upload sync is a bit higher now about 8.

Yeah your modem does seem to be in sync at 8.3mbps now. Can you run through the troubleshooting here then report a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net if you don't see an improvement?
