Upload speed is very slow

Hi,

I'm on Unlimited fibre but my upload is really poor. When performing a speed test with my PC directly connected to the router via Ethernet cable (or wireless) the upload speed is only around 1-2Mbs, compared to around 25Mbs for my download speed

I saw on a related forum query, that the customer's account was set-up to a 40/4 account, rather than 40/10 - could this be the problem?

Now, whenever I try and upload anything, it really impacts download elsewhere in the house, for example if someone is dreaming netflix.
