Upload speed higher than Download speed

Hi Guys
Running tests today. Upload speed is higher than Download speed. 10Mbps upload and 9Mbps download. It seemed to start off well but looks like its gradually dropping. Fibre installed 15th Jan. Changed to fibre as for 2 years had nothing but bother with ADSL. I hope I am not going to have the same problems with fibre. Reset the router was getting 2 + 3 then 7 + 8. Any ideas to what else can I do.
Cheers

Re: Upload speed higher than Download speed

Your line's currently synced at
Downstream Speed 65.6 Mbps
Upstream Speed 13.4 Mbps
So you should certainly be seeing higher speeds than you are.
However, your line is disconnecting more than I'd like to see:

Can you go through the faults checker for us as something isn't right https://faults.plus.net

Re: Upload speed higher than Download speed

I have not been anywhere near this since I posted. Nothing has been turned off and it is exactly the way it was when engineer fitted it part from putting the BT router on 5Kbps download speed 7pm tonight. 10Kbps upload.  Paying for a service I'm not getting. Advice appreciated on what to do next. Cheers
