Upload restrictions are different with PlusNet line...

I am looking to upgrade to fibre.
If I choose a PlusNet line it is 14.99pcm with estimated upload of 1.9mb/s
If I use my own line it is £17.49pcm but my upload estimate is 20mb/s.
Ignoring the price is the upload speed really different?

Where abouts are you seeing this? Can you provide a screenshot please.
There are 2 Fibre Packages
Unlimited Fibre: 40 down, 2 up
Unlimited Fibre Extra: 80 down 20 up
the 17.49 cost is due to a £2.50 surcharge that is added for being broadband only, £14.99 is the standard price for Unlimited Fibre. tranferring your line to us will not negatively impact any speeds you can get
I'd advise calling though so a line check can be run to determine what speeds you can get

Yes
There are two fibre products
Fibre which is 40/2
Fibre Extra which is 80/20
Where the estimate is less than 40Mb/s you would only be offered 40/2
