Upload increased but no download increase?

Hi, I have been with plusnet for several years and recently upgraded for broadband to fibre. After waiting for a few weeks for it to be set up, today is the activation date. I got an email around 12 o'clock saying "Your upload speed has been changed". So I unplugged my old router and plugged in the new Hub One. The upload speeds have indeed increased, but there is no change in download speeds. I should be getting 18-22 Mbps but I can barely get 3! Do I need to be more patient or has something gone wrong?

For some reason the speed profile didn't change as it should have when the package changed.
I've updated this now for you. If you disconnect/reconnect you should see the improvement in speeds.
