I've upgraded to unlimited fibre which was activated earlier today. My router shows connection speeds of:
However my download speed seems to be limited to < 10Mb with speedtests returning download speed of 9.97Mbps and an upload speed of 15.7Mbps.
I've read in several other posts that this is due to the Plusnet profile not automatically updating and checking https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed shows:
Estimated line speed:80Mb (This may vary between 63.9Mb and 80Mb) - Checked on 2016-08-13 10:13:46 Current line speed:10.5 Mb
Any chance someone from Plusnet could give my line speed profile a kick to bring it up to the correct speed?
UPDATE: I got on to Plusnet chat support this morning and they manually adjusted the Line Speed form me. I'm now getting 58Mbps download,18Mbps upload.
