Upload dropped to 0.68 Mb

Tonight the upload dropped well down from the previous 5Mb to 0.68Mb is it a Saturday night thing?

This morning still no where near the 5Mb out of 20Mb

Several other members seem to suffer I read in the forum is there something common?

Ouch. Can your first Check which Gateway you are on then login to your router and in the Internet Interface box click <Disconnect>. Wait about 30 seconds after the Internet light has gone out and then click <Connect>. This drops your PPP Internet session to Plusnet (not sync) and then starts a new session. It usually results in a Gateway hop (which is what we want to do).
Then check which Gateway you are on again and then run the speedtest again.
Even if it's the same Gateway, you may have connected via a different end point and the results may be different.
If there's no change, try Gateway hopping a few more times to see if you can get a better result, noting and reporting the Gateway each time with the Speedtest results.

So that looks like either a problem on pcl-ag03, or one of the end-points connected to it.  There's not been any Service Status Notices so let's hope the Network chaps have seen something.
