Upload drop off

Hi,
I joined the community recently (after being a Plusnet customer for several years  ..), initially to ask about my upload speed.
Until Christmas I was consistently getting 30 to 35 Mb download and 5 to 6 Mb upload results. However, since Christmas uploads are now at 1.5 Mb, while the download speeds are unchanged. Any idea why this would have happened?

I've done a number of tests, and although they don't show any particular problems, you do appear to have an upstream of 1.9Mbit which appears to be lower than it should be.
On that basis, we need to investigate thoroughly for you. Can you therefore, please raise a fault report at faults.plus.net? Thanks.
