Upload Speed

Hello.

My upload speed seems to have dropped.

Speed tests continually measure a maximum of 0.76Mbps which seems low for my line and package (unlimited fibre).

Download speeds are good at between 40 and 50Mbps.

Please could you check my settings.

Hi there, 

I've just been looking into this and line tests aren't indicating any issues as to why the upload is so low but that in itself does need looking into. 

Just to make sure everything possible has been tried out on your side can you make sure the checks here have been followed please? https://goo.gl/tu2WWu

There is some noise (hiss & crackle) on the line.

I have re-run the test several times with the same results.

I have raised a fault - 158805238
