Upload Slowed but download fine

Random problem here, My speeds have been solid since day 1 with plusnet however last few days up upload has halved i now get 9mbps up maximum. Below is what i have always had any reason this has slowed recently ?

I've just made a few checks and can't see any obvious reasons for the reduction in upload speed.
Were you connected over WiFi or wireless when you ran that test?

Do you have Networx installed by any chance?
I recently uninstalled it and got back over 4Mb of lost upload speed.
Don't know what it was doing, but things are much better without it.

Yes am having the same issue here (although I wish I even got 9mb/s in the first place!  )
I'll let you know if I find out any reason why. Taking a guess here, but it might have something to do with DLM and interleaving

Thanks Adam, Openreach have been running round my estate for the last few days and lifting covers with little tents etc. However they have now all buggered off and im back up to speed
can only assume there was a bigger problem as they had the street cab open for a couple of days. (everything i have is wired all 14 devices ! was a pain running Cat6 under all the floor boards but so worth it in the long run)
