Upload Caps

Hello,

Long term customer and curious to know if you still cap upload speeds unless requested? Only reason I ask is because I'm trying to start live streaming again.

There is no upload cap  per se on fibre but the upload speed is up to 2Mb/s on fibre and up to 20Mb/s on fibre extra

I'm on fibre extra with about 8mb up and 40-50mb down.

Hi John,

As Oldjim has advised if you're on Unlimited Fibre Extra, you're package isn't capped. Just tested your line and your router is in sync at a pretty good speed, at the top end of your estimates.

Sync Status	In Sync
Downstream Speed	49.2 Mbps
Upstream Speed	8.0 Mbps

Was debating if I was being capped or not. Speeds are pretty low comparing to my old speeds which are a stones throw away, might have to look into switching provider at some point.

Changing provider won't change your upstream sync (unless you move the Virgin cable).
