Hi Every one
I am new here
I have recently change from standard broadband to fiber
On the 15th of July I received a email saying that my change had been completed.
On the 22nd of July I received an email saying that my upload speed had been completed. (It has been change to 2mb)
My Question is
I am still on standard download speed of just over 7mb. Instead of the 30mb to 40mb I should be getting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Ok what does it say via the link that Old Jim gave, also run the BTW speed test ignore the red writing, once it's finished pick Further diagnostics and post the results. http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
this will show if your actually getting the speed you should be getting and we can go from there.

The link Jim gave me says
Estimated line speed:40Mb (This may vary between 73.4Mb and 80Mb) - Checked on 2016-07-09 19:46:59Current line speed:38.6 Mb
I have tried 3 times to do a further diagnostics test
It said that it timed out 2 times and that there was a error on one of them.
Thanks
