Hi all ,asked plusnet today if I could upgrade to hub one router,was told it would cost £99 or recontract for 24 months ,I told them my home phone was off for a week and I had not asked for compensation,I was also willing to recontract for 6 months,was told no chance .thanks a lot plusnet happy new year
