Hi all ,asked plusnet today if I could upgrade to hub  one router,was told it would cost £99 or recontract for 24 months ,I told them my home phone was off for a week and I had not asked for compensation,I was also willing to recontract for 6 months,was told no chance .thanks a lot plusnet happy new year

Does your line rental with Plusnet cost £99 per week then?


There are far better routers you can buy for that kind of money anyway.

I'm really sorry to hear this.


I've looked into your account and I can see that you weren't offered a router as part of your contract you're currently within.


I've now ordered you a Hub One router for you, and as a gesture of goodwill I've waived the postage & packaging charge we ask for.

From when I joined the Plusnet Help Team in May 2017 my main Community account is @Gandalf.
