Hello Everyone,
I want to upgrade to fibre but I could not find anywhere if there will be a "black out" period just as when you switch Internet providers.
Currently I am working from home and cannot afford three days without Internet so can someone please confirm if I will lose Internet or phone connectivity at some point?
I am a Plusnet Customer Upgrading to Plusnet Fibre.

About 30 minutes is usual - if all goes to plan
Note that as an existing customer there will be an engineer visit and he should make sure everything is working before he leaves (make sure that the phone still works)
