I'm a new PlusNet customer changing from a broadband service to a Extra Fibre service. I've got two enquiries:
1) I would like to know whether I need an engineer appointment to do any kind of modification in my home master socket or outside in the street. I've not been informed of any engineer visit yet, I'm just still waiting for my router to come and the broadband service to be activated on the 6th September.
2) I cancelled a former Fibre broadband service and reordered it in the same day so as to get the new summer offer applied on my bill. I got the activation date on the 25th August for that previous order. Now, I got a delay of almost 15 days because of the cancellation and reorder. How can it be possible? Is there any possibility of getting my fibre broadband service activated sooner?
