I've just upgraded from standard broadband to fibre. The change was supposed to have taken effect yesterday, but having done a line speed test this evening I see I am still running at 5Mbps download and less than 1Mbps upload. I don't generally like paying for something I don't get, so how long beyond the changeover date should I be waiting before I see any sort of improvement? I asumed it would happen on the date stated in the email.
