Upgraded to fibre lost internet

Upgraded yesterday, 7 Sept 2020, due to begin today, no internet this morning.
Red light on router.
Unplugged everything, checked connections, reset everything - no difference.
Tried settings on 192.168.1.254, no difference.
Any help or advice appreciated.
(Keyworker working from home)
