I've currently upgraded from unlimited to fibre extra package whist we have got a increase in upload speed the download speed is still at 6.2mbs (far from the 70mb the estimated speed by technician) its plugged into the master switch & have tried troubleshooting via the help/ searching the forums, i stumbled upon many posts saying its a profile issue on plusnets side not activating the account from adsl to fibre. it hasn't been the 10 days quite yet but many people say there shouldn't be a wait due to it being a upgrade not a fresh install. Any help would be grateful
