Upgraded to fiber/no change

Order has been completed but I'm still getting the same speeds as before.

Any ideas?

It was upgraded to Unlimited fiber extra

Hi there.

Sorry to see you're not seeing increased speeds.

From what I can see the upgrade order didn't make its way to our supplier systems.

I've manually placed the order now which should complete tomorrow.

Can you let us know how your speeds look tomorrow evening?

Officially it can take anytime up to midnight tomorrow, but hopefully (And usually) sooner.
