Upgraded to Fibre extra, still waiting for speed increase.

Good evening all,

A few days ago I upgraded to Fibre Extra. I have yet to see an increase from the speed I was getting with standard fibre.

How long should it take for the increase to take place?

I've attached the results of a few checks that I have done on my line.

You should see an increase within a day or two, I expect PlusNet will say sorry we haven't put the upgrade order through or it has not been acted on by Openreach or some similar excuse. Can you see your sync speed from the router stats, not sure how to get them, I don't use ISP supplied routers.

Hi @moffat2000 I am sorry that you have not seen an increase in speed.

Having checked this, it looks like the order wasn't placed on the supplier system to modify the service. I'm sorry that this hasn't been picked up, I have now placed the order for you and this should complete with 24-48 working hours.
