Upgraded to Fibre extra but upload still capped at 2M

Have been on the 40/2 fibre product for 6 months and decided to go 'extra' to get the faster uploads.
Had the emails yesterday to say it had all gone through but I am not seeing any change in speeds.
Uploads are still capped at 2M  (and download still 38M).

It looks like the order wasn't sent through to BT Wholesale.
I've placed it for you now and it'll complete Tuesday morning.
