Upgraded to Fibre Extra speeds slower/

Hi!

I upgraded From Fibre to Fibre Extra on the 2nd of May, since then my speed has reduced from 36Mb to 30Mb instead of going up to the estimated 44-60Mb. I was using a BT Home Hub but i switched back to the Router and Modem which were unplugged  quiet a few times over the past few days. wondering if this affecting anything?

Our tests are showing a external fault which is most likely the cause.
