Upgraded to 80/20 but speed now 40/10

I was forced to upgrade to 80/20 from 40/20 and did this 48h ago, however today I find my upload speed reduced to 10 with no change in upload. This is a bit annoying. Have tacked ticket onto message from PN about 'upgrade' mentioning problem.

It's a bit of a pain. Do you think this will be fixed in time or is there something else I should do?

Hi @bellbakar I've spoken to the guy who you discussed upgrading with on the 27th.

Looking at the account, it did appear they had put the request through for the package to change, however the account appeared to have become stuck on the lower package.

We've put this through again for you and you should see the change on your side within the next 24 hours. Apologies for any inconvenience.

OK, I will post back after 10am tomorrow.

Somehow I think this isn't going to go well, for a while.... This has the smell of a full-on Total Inability To Support Usual Performance (TITSUP). A shame as I haven't had a technical problem with plusnet before now (5 years) and have cheerfully recommended then to all and sundry. Alas, those days have now passed.

@bellbakar - I've just had a look at your account and you are now on Unlimited Fibre Extra. You should now be seeing the higher upto 80/20 speeds
