I upgraded my plan to fibre with an average download speed of 36mb (minimum guaranteed 30.9mb). I received the new router and set that up and I’ve started paying for the new plan on 9 April when the switch was due to happen. After running speed tests the last few days, I’m getting around 9-10mb every time. Before switching I was getting 4-6mb. Can you advise why the internet speed is still slow and how I can fix it.
