So, stats nearly a week after the SNR delta was tweaked to drop it to 3dB:

The modem has been connected continuously since then, and I've had no alerts about it reconnecting the session.  CRC errors seem 'OK' for a week?  There was some fluctuations with SNR on the 17th, not really sure what was going on there, as it was during the day so I'd assume it wasn't DLM?  Speeds seem fairly stable still, where it's holding around 49Mbps down, and bufferbloat values are still holding steady with no discernable latency spikes when hammering either downloads or uploads.

I'm unsure whether or not to reset the SNR delta back to default, and see if the line profile adjusts to keep the 3dB margin?  Is that likely or would it just stick & hang around at 6dB still...

Re: Upgraded package (Fibre Unlimited to Fibre Unlimited Extra) yet no difference in speeds.

Hi @ErTnEc,

We're glad to hear that things are holding up. I would not personally advise on changing anything since the speeds are consistent and the line being stable from our end with no disconnections in the past 7 days.

Re: Upgraded package (Fibre Unlimited to Fibre Unlimited Extra) yet no difference in speeds.

So it's been about 6 weeks(ish) since I last updated.  And things are looking pretty good.

My line is no longer interleaved, and I've noticed a huge improvement in both response times & latency.  My line was (at that point).  Attainable rate remained at 60mbps, but sync rate jumped up t0 the same attainable rate (60mbps) from what it was syncing at due to interleaving (52mbps).  My IP Profile was set at 58.91Mbps, so pretty good.  For reference, SNR delta was set to default at this point.

On Friday, I've adjusted the SNR delta to -25 (which shows as an SNR margin of 3dB), this has now caused both attainable and sync speeds to jump to around 70Mbps, which is nice.  IP Profile is still currently set at 58.91Mbps, but will leave it & let this adjust.  These are my current stats since adjusting the delta on Friday.  I'm pretty pleased with the low level of CRC errors compared to when interleaving was active on the line!

In regards to speeds, while my line was syncing at 60Mbps for 4+ weeks, I did notice transfers were still only hitting around 54Mbps at max, and given I'm on a static IP address, is this something which still needs to be updated on your side as previously mentioned?

Re: Upgraded package (Fibre Unlimited to Fibre Unlimited Extra) yet no difference in speeds.

Thanks for getting back to us @ErTnEc

Glad to hear that you've seen an increase.

With regards to the profile on our end, it's currently set at 58.6mpbs which will be due to the IP profile still being low.

Once the IP profile increases the profile on our end should also increase
