Upgraded from 52/10 to Unlimited Fibre Extra - no change in speed

I renewed my contract last week. Was on 52/10 and I upgraded to Unlimited Fibre Extra, with minimum guaranteed speed of 60.9Mb.

The BTW diagnostic shows max of 50.67 down and 10 up, which pretty much matches the speed test results of 47/9. Am I being impatient, and if so, how long should the speed uplift take normally?

Plusnet sometimes 'forget' to request an increase via BT.
