Hello, I could do with some advice
My PlusNet connection has never been great, never delivering on the speed for fibre - but solid enough that I cannot be bothered to start the process with another provider (again). However, I recently upgraded to the Fibre Extra hoping to get a noticeable improvement, this is the result from the BT Speedtest
Download Speed (Mbps): 0.72
Upload Speed (Mbps) : 3.85
Ping Latency (ms): 125
I will get on the phone, however before I tear my remaining hair out(!) - can anyone advise on why the service has got progressively worse rather than better?
Thanks in advance
Wilf

Hi @BrianZebra
A GEA test shows your router is syncing at 57.4Mbps.
Can you let us know the results of your wired tests when possible?
If you are going to be using Wireless connections predominantly, then it might be beneficial for you to look at our Wireless diagnostic & router steps here
Kind Regards,
MoR
