Upgrade

I had a upgrade due yesterday to go from unlimited to fibre. I have had no email to say it's happened and have logged into my account and everything is the same

Thanks for your post @Mason2303 and welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry for the delay with your fibre order. I've checked and I can see your service is scheduled to upgrade on the 8th July.

Looks like it was pushed back due to engineer availability. Let us know if there are any further issues.
