I still have 12 months to go on my unlimited broadband plan. Is it possible to upgrade to fibre now or do I have to wait until my contract expires.

I took your advice and purchased the upgrade to fibre on 16th August and although I received the new router quite promptly I haven’t been given an activation date. How long does it normally take to initiate the change over?
Thank you
Jonathan
