Hi all,
I've just completed a house move with my standard broadband and all has now been active for around a week, after some initial issues with a crossed line that an engineer visit resolved. When I contacted Plusnet about the move, I expressed an interest in fibre and was told that my best option was to transfer my standard broadband and then upgrade to fibre after it had been stable for a couple of weeks. It was also mentioned that I would be able to get new customer offers when upgrading to fibre. My questions are:
1) Do I really need to wait two weeks as everything seems stable now?
2) How can I get the new customer offers as online I am only offered full price fibre packages?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
