Probably a long shot but worth trying is to remove the front from your filtered master socket, you may need to remove two screws, to gain access to the test socket. Plug a dangly filter in here, one should have come with your hub, plug in the dsl lead and try a speed test.

Your SNR is about 6dB, which is right for a recently reset DLM module. This suggests that if your line will support a faster speed this will improve if you leave things alone so if this last test doesn’t help that you leave it for a week or so to see if it improves.
