Upgrade to UF Extra-----No speed change

I've received an email informing me that my change is complete but my speeds haven't changed. I've tried disconnecting/ reconnecting. Could you please give it a kick at your end?  Thanks.

It happened just after 12.00 as my connection dropped a couple of times. However, the speed increase is minimal. Could you please arrange for a DLM reset?

Hi @tijara,

I'm sorry that your speed hasn't improved much yet.

I've tested your line and it's not currently banded, so a DLM reset won't help, and it's currently syncing at 43mbps. Your line is currently undergoing a ten day "training period" whereby the speeds will be up and down as the line tries to find its most stable point. Please let us know if your speed hasn't improved after the ten days.

I've checked on your agreed price. As this is account specific, I've added this to the ticket here.
