Upgrade to Extra

I have recently (four days ago) "upgraded" from Fibre to Fibre Extra.  With Fibre, download speed was regularly in the high 30s.  With Fibre Extra, it's in the low 20s.  I understand that I have to wait 10 days for the speed to stabilize, but surely I should not be getting something worse than what I upgraded from in the meantime?  I have a Hub One and the connection is via Ethernet.

Thanks for your reply M. It would however be a little more helpful if you would kindly address my problem rather than give a general policy statement. If you cannot give me what I pay for then please downgrade me to the superior performance I had before!
