Upgrade to Extra but speed has fallen since switch

Changed to Fibre Extra on Monday. Initially speeds were 45+ and 3.02. Spoke to very helpful agent who did some initial adjustment and after discussion said he would report it as a fault to see if the upload speed could be improved any further. Download speed has now fallen to 39 and upload is now 4.33. preferred it when the download speed was higher as this was more important to me. Can it be adjusted again?

Sorry to hear that.
Our tests aren't showing any obvious cause but the agent didn't raise this as a fault I'm afraid.
If you can raise a fault here we'll get that looked into.
