The sync is your data rate on that table. The way the max data rate has gone up, suggests your internal wiring needs looking at.

Your download speed should increase if your line is quiet and you keep using the test socket.

Which type of master socket do you have?

EDIT: I seem to have this - which is a standard master socket. Honestly the other thing that confuses me is that it's a fiber package but it says ADSL on the microfilter .. am I misunderstanding how this works? (Quite possibly!)

 

It'll be nice n all to see a download rate increase, but my main concern is the upload rate coming with that.. I'm going to go ahead and report on the faults report page and see where that goes. Doing so now!

I think the terminology may be from a bygone age before the days of fibre.
