Upgrade from ADSL to Fibre

I've just been upgraded from ADSL to Fibre this morning, but although the BT Wholesale speed checker says my IP profile is 25Mb I am still only getting 1.9Mb download speed (same as I was on ADSL).

The upload has gone up to 1.8Mb from 0.35Mb though.

How long will it take for my speed to reach the IP profile speed?

Could you check now? Looks like automation might have let us down there.

I had to disconnect then reconnect, but it's now gone up to 23.9Mb.

I note that the line is now profiled at 16.5 Mb and my speed has dropped to 13.66 Mb.  The estimate was for 18 to 25Mb.  Does something need resetting or is there a fault?
