In August I upgraded from 10/50 mb to 20/70 Mb, but a speed test shows approx. 20/20 Mb.
My router says sync speed 20/70 but I only get 20/20. I have been told I might be on the wrong profile.
Can anyone suggest what next.

Do you have a static IP ?
Sounds like yet another case of the Plusnet profile(current line speed) reverting to 21Mb on an account change
